7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return
Contact us at zayluxe.pk@gmail.com or WhatsApp +923211711119. Returns should be sent to our address in Lahore, Pakistan. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions if your return is accepted. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Check your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can fix the issue.

Exchanges
For exchanges, return the original item first, and after the return is accepted, make a new purchase.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 7 business days. If your refund hasn’t been received after 10 business days, contact us.
